TYRE
Handling of Green Tyre in warehouses, presses and other areas.
These systems allow to automatically load and unload Green Tyres and consist of trolleys for overhead transport on an electrified rail. They are equipped with 1 or 2 lifting groups, tyre gripper with variable opening and safety devices that prevent pieces from falling. Once in position the trolley stops, open the safety device, the frame descends and drop off the tyre on the vulcanization press. Our trolleys can take advantage of 2-way switches to create bypasses, parking areas for energy saving or maintenance exits.
ADVANTAGES
The movement of the elevated trolleys takes place safely without affecting the production area. The flexibility of the RGV system ensures high flows and its speed improves the performances.
Handling of Rolls (Lyner, Rubberized and more)
The RGV system transports autonomously rollers of raw and rubberized material from and to the warehouse. The overhead trolleys run along the circuit and they are equipped with a pantograph lifting system patented by ECS with two automatic gripping devices to handle the rolls.
ADVANTAGES
The trolleys move safely overhead without affecting the production area underneath. The flexibility of this system allows GT to be quickly supplied to the presses.
